St Peter's Online Church
Worship services take place in the church building as well as on Zoom and on Live Stream. Anyone is welcome to join and worship with us.
To join on Zoom you need to have Zoom installed on your device, then use the link above (or use meeting ID
212 772 2016, passcode john316) - Microphones are un-muted before the service so you can say hello to everyone. Feel free to leave your camera switched on if you are comfortable with that.
To use the Live stream, just click the link above. This uses Twitch which means you do not need to install any software on your device. There is no interaction with other worshippers when using the Live Stream.

The Live Stream is also used on request for other services including Weddings and Funerals.
We are using a conference call application called Zoom for this call. When you first use the link you will be prompted to download and app (if using a smartphone or tablet) or an executable (if using PC). If you are using a PC then there is the option to use the Browser instead of downloading the Zoom client, however it works best if you download it.
When using the app for the first time you are asked a number of questions, such as agreeing to T&Cs, and allowing the app to use your microphone and camera (Don't worry if you have no camera or mic - you can still join. You will see and hear everyone else, they they will not see or hear you.)
The second time you try this the link will take you straight to the meeting (regardless of whether you are using the app or Browser). So just come back to this page to join each time
You do NOT need to sign up for your own Zoom account, only the "host" of the meeting does that and it is already done. As a participant you will just be asked your name when joining the meeting, and this will be shown to everyone in the meeting.
